Trike Delight

James Shaw, from Wideopen, is delighted with his new trike.

James, two, of Wideopen, has suffered from hypotonia since he was three months old and was given the special trike in August 2006 through the Sunshine Fund.

Proud mum Shavaun says the trike has been invaluable to James and the family – dad Gary and sister Megan, seven.

Mrs Shaw said: “He can’t stay in the trike for long periods of time, but he enjoys it when he’s on it. We can all go out as a family together whereas we couldn’t before. Megan loves it because she can go out and play with her brother.”
